Prior to starting our own practice, our healthcare Principal designed and prepared the construction documents for this new 63,000 square foot, 5 story, Medical Office Building. The building was designed for a group of physicians who each took a floor. The first floor is the largest floor designed for Outpatient Orthopaedic surgery, an orthopaedic clinic and physical rehabilitation. The second floor houses a large internal medicine practice, a construction company occupied the third floor offices, a Cardiology group occupied the fourth floor and the fifth floor was designed for a group of Oncologists.
