Prior to starting our own practice, our healthcare team designed and prepared the construction documents for this new 288,000 square foot, $65 million hospital. Our team worked closely with the hospital and the State Agency for Healthcare Administration to develop the design and observe the construction. Key features of this design include integrated inpatient and outpatient facilities to maximize efficiency, highly cost effective systems and materials, decentralized nursing services and future expansion capability. In addition to 81 private patient rooms, the hospital has state-of-the-art Emergency, Radiology, Laboratory, Surgery, Cardiac and Dietary Departments as well as 60,000 square feet of attached leasable Medical Office space and a Fitness Center.
